This is one of my favorite Metabolism Boosting Foods - Ginger.
In the picture below you will see the main benefits to ginger and it is one food that you can add to your diet to raise your metabolic rate.
Use ginger raw if you can, add it to your stir fry's, in green juices and my best way is to use it in my green breakfast smoothie.
